Hey guys, I am a bit overwhelmed here.

I am looking for a NAS just to stream movies, music etc to my Apple TV.

I need a NAS that-

-Functions w/ mac OS Lion
-Streams well to Apple TV
-Streams ALL codecs (avi/mp4/mkv etc)
-2TB+
-Isn't overly loud
-$200 or under

Any thoughts? thanks everyone.
