Pepwave Surf AP 200: won't configure

Hi - I purchased the Pepwave several years ago when my city installed wireless. That company went defunct and recently a new company has upgraded everything and I subscribed again.

I am unable to configure the Pepwave because when I bring up a browser and go to http://192.168.20.1/ - I receive a Gateway timeout. I am cabled from my laptop to the Pepwave, and have reset it several times.

I have tried this while connected to the wireless and while disconnected.

Could I have the wrong cables? It requires an Ethernet cable and I had two different ones that I tried. One is yellow and one is blue.

Any ideas why I can't get to http://192.168.20.1/?

Configuring Pepwave

Ok - bought a new Ethernet cable, still can't talk to the Pepwave . . .

You probably need to be in the same subnet as the Pepwave. Try changing the wired IP to 192.168.20.2 when cabled in and reattempt connection.
