pev + libpe compilation

Hi. Can anyone compile pev (libpe is prerequisite) for Entware (MIPSel)?

Daily script checks for updates of some programs from list. If it can rename files according to versions - this will be great.

but wrapper is needed to get PE file version (written in Python)

7z from p7zip can read version info, but there is no 7z in package. And 7za, 7zr cannt do this.

In Windows, there is no pev.exe in latest releases. Version 0.40 has only pev.exe.
pev -p <exe-name> - what exactly I need
