Please Help me, I can't get into my router!

I've recently installed this software (Asuswrt-Merlin 376.47), and I have also configured it, and everything is working as it should, but now I can't log in to my router anymore!

I just come to this page when i input http://192.168.1.1/ in the address field:

Ändringar har gjorts på IP-adress eller portnummer. Du kommer nu att kopplas ifrån från RT-AC66U.

it means "Settings have been updated, The webpage will now be updated. You will be disconnected from your RT-AC66U, reconnect the wireless network with the updated IP-address and portnumber" What has happened??

I have now reset my router, and set it up manually again, and now it works!, let's just hope it is working tomorrow too...

I don't want to factory-reset it again...

When you "configured it" you must have changed the ip address. What you did was changed it from 192.168.1.1 to something else that's why you can't log in.

Delete your web browsers cache/temp files.

happens all the time in firefox...do the following it's easier

1. go to options
2. advanced
3. network
4. remove the ip address from the offline content and data area
5. click ok and exit browser...try again and add the site to trusted when it prompts
6. this will happen everytime when you reboot the router or firmware update
7. use internet explorer and no issues
