Port Forwarding Issue

Hello,

I'm trying to forward some ports on my router for a game. If I select the game from the default list, the port forward works. If I try to manually enter the information for the port forward, it does not seem to forward. What could I be doing wrong? What gets entered in the "internal port" and "source ip" fields?

Welcome. It might help others if you post your router model and firmware version along with a screen capture of your manual port forwarding rules that are not working.
