Port Forwarding not working on RT-N66U

Well, as the title suggests, I can't get port forwarding to work.
I just wanted to open up port 25569 for an app, but no matter what I try, it still shows as closed when I use sites like this.

In the past it used to be simple enough through the router, but it doesn't work.
I've tried a reboot after applying and still no joy.
I have given my PC a static IP.
Firmware:376.45 (Merlin build)

Either your configuration is wrong, or your modem isn't bridged and firewalling your connection. Port forwarding in the firmware works just fine.
