Privoxy not working after upgrade to 378.56_2/380 alpha3

I've compiled privoxy 3.0.23 and running well on former firmware, but it's not working after upgrading.
It just gives "Invalid instruction", no further output.

I have no usb storage device attached, no opkg / ipkg system installed, tried factory reset but no luck.

Recompile still no luck. BTW, how to flash a CFE image? mtd-write2 seems not working with single CFE image.
