problem with dyndns

hey i have the latest firmware from you to my asus ac68u 378.56_2 but when I shall put my DynDNS address so it can not dyndns.org you know if there are problems with the latest firmvware from dej has worked before without problem.finns no problem of DynDNS checking this också.eller know whether to factory reset rautern and start over.

Note that dyndns.org no longer offers free accounts. You need a paid account with them.

Ihave pay for 3 years so this is correct

sent to the DynDNS support he answers like this What port do you have configured to forward to? but I do not have never done this before, you know eh he mennar the DynDNS

I'm having a hard time understanding your original problem. Is the problem that the DynDNS fails to update, or that you are unable to remotely access your LAN through that DynDNS? If it's the latter, check your port forward configuration, for the service you are remotely trying to access. Also make sure your modem is in bridged mode, otherwise it will firewall all remote accesses to your router.

If you are certain you have the correct information then something must have changed with DynDNS's registration service. I can't help you with that, I don't have a DynDNS account.

I have the same issue, and it also doesn't work anymore on the factory firmware. I guess Dyndns changed something on their apis and it hasn't been updated on the ASUS end.
