Problem with forward block port

[ASFA]

I have a question about ASUS RT-AC3200

i make port forward and it work fine for example if i forward 5000 to 5000 it work

but now my ISP block one port 4569 and i try to forward this port to another port 7790 but it not work

i try with linksys and it is work fine but for ASUS i don't know what is the problem

can any one help me to forward external port to internal port ( the block one )
