Hey everyone.
I'm used to watch some TV shows and PPV on live streams, on my cable provider website. But for more than a week the videos are not loading anymore. The play button appears and nothing streams (or even buffer) after that. The on demand videos work fine on the same website.
I thought the problem was my Chrome installation, but it's not working on Internet Explorer too.
I already tried the following procedures:
- turn any Chrome plugin or extension off (nothing installed on IE);
- turn Windows Defender off;
- Windows on Security Mode;
- Every service disabled but Microsoft ones.
The problem persists on my notebook. So I started believing the problem was on my network. But nothing was changed on the router settings.
I also checked the hosts file on both machines and nothing seems to be wrong.
The android app for the live stream works with no problems on my smartphone, on the same network, but over wifi. Being an app it may (probably) "talk" to the streaming service in a different way.
But... what can I try to solve this? Any way I could check for errors after I hit the play button on the website?
Dunno what to do.
Thanx.
