Problem with the channel setting on AC66U

Below is a screen shot of my 5Ghz band. I'm using an AC87R as my primary router and using an AC66U setup in AP mode. For some reason, (we discussed this once before and I don't see it as a deal breaker or anything) the AC87R will only allow me to choose Auto or N for wireless mode. I have it set on ch 161 @ 80Mhz. I'm also using an AC66U, on the other side of the house, using the same version of firmware, but as you can see from my screenshot, it's set for 80Mhz, Ch 149, Mode N+AC. As you can see from my other screenshot from inSSIDer, the channel it's using is channel 36 even though it's set for 149. Any particular reason why the AP is ignoring my settings? Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

N+AC setting is broken, and forces the router into N-only mode. Fixed in 376.45.
