Hello,
Can anyone tell me what could be the cause that sometimes the WI_FI 2.4GHz of the router in question loses the signal?
The router in question is connected in cascade to a Fastgate (Tecnicolor MediaAccess DGA4131FWB).
This is connected to a Foscam cam and the signal is around 55-65 -dBm and to restart it you need to reset the power supply. It is not clear if the signal is lost by the router or modem.
The following entry is indicated in the event log: Oct 2 15:04:12 syslog: WLCEVENTD wlceventd_proc_event (386): eth1: Deauth_ind A4: xx: xx: xx: xx: xx, status: 0, reason: Disassociated two to inactivity ( 4)
I point out that before changing the configuration from ADSL (Asus DSL-N14U modem) to Vdsl it always worked without problems!
I thank

Distance from the AP, the fact that the Foscam cameras suck when it comes to trying to connect them via WIFI. I would do a walk around checking signals and congestion with something like http://www.helge-keck.com/index.html If you do kot have a Windows device, you can also get the appa for Android and iOS.

Sorry but I can't find how to download the Android version, I need a tool that records the signal continuously throughout the day to see when it falls! ...
I tried to install the WinFi lite but it doesn't start, maybe because my PC is connected in LAN!
Thanks
