Running a Customized Network for my Kids devices.
I want to bandwidth limit the speed for this network to say 5Mbps from 10.00PM to 8AM everyday (enough for study, woefully inadequate for games)
Network runs on a VALN with a different subnet wrt to the main network.

I see option for bandwidth Limiting but that is full time, and cant be configured for specific time slots.
There is WiFi schedule but that does not include BW limiting.
I checked the QOS based BW limiter, but that is device based and also does not have the time slot feature.

Any thoughts on how this can be done.

TIA

One idea but I have not tested it: Set up two guest WIFI's with the same SSID. Enable WIFI scheduling on both, one time range for the restricted bandwidth and the other outside the times the restricted is enabled. The router may not allow the same SSID on two guest networks so...use slightly different SSID's and give the kids devices access to both.
