QOS, can I decide which machine should have priority?

Hi all,
I wonder if there's a way to just indicate which computer in the LAN should get priority towards the other ones. It's a small net here and thought that better then an adaptive approach it could be better to specify which computer should have more privilege amongst the others (like for example the one accessing Netflix). But to be honest it would be nice to have both an adaptive strategy and the possibilty to specify who/which machine is most important.

If not possible which other router brand would let me do that?
To be clear, I choose an Asus router just because of the existence of Merlin firmwares, I don't know any other brand offering alternative (and friendly) firmware to mod the router (never tried Gargoyle, but seems to work only with old hardware and not sure if it offers what I'm asking).

Many thanks for your patience,
Many thanks Merling for your work

At the "Adaptive QOS" --> "Bandwidth Monitor", you can drag the priority such as "Highest" or "high" to the device that you want to give higher priority. It's that easy.

From what I've read, the traffic first goes to the device priority, then the app priority.

Opposite actually. First app/type priority then devices within that qos container.
