qos download speed

hey,
I have filled the speed into the qos window see pic and activated.

upload 1Mb/s
down 5 Mb/s

when i do a speed test i have those values
upload 0,92 Mbps this will be good i think
download 92,71 Mbps this is to high and i think wrong because i selected 5 Mb/s

Is there a explenation

You want to put the exact download speed in you get from Speedtest.
For Upload speed, I usually do 60% of what speedtest says for my upload speed. I think QOS only really matters when it comes to upload speeds.

i don't now what i must do with this answer has nothing to do with my first post

when i set download speed to 5 then i expect from router that i can't faster then 5

That's not how QoS on the Asus routers work. It won't start to limit download speed until another application with a higher priority is requesting bandwidth that it can't supply.
