I have a question about the page AIProtection -> DNS Filtering. My setup is that I have turned on the "Enable DNS-based Filtering" featured. Then I added an exception rule in the "Client List" at the bottom of the page. In the exception I set the rule to be "No Filtering". What does "No Filtering" mean? Does this mean for that device the router uses the default DNS that it gets from my ISP? That would be the most logical explanation of this. Or is it something else?

It should explain what happens on the top half of that page.

The thing to remember is that DNS Filtering is all about forcing a client to go directly to a specific DNS server, either one you specify or the router's DNS server. So if you select "No Filtering" then this whole process is ignored and the client will use the same DNS process that it was previously using.
