Question about RT-AC66U B1 and traffic monitoring by device...Answered.

I'm new, and I apologize for asking this question if it's already been asked elsewhere. I searched, but I couldn't find the answer.

I'm on a very limited budget, but because I have a capped service I'd like to get a router that has the ability to track data usage by individual device.

My question: With the Merlin firmware installed, does the RT-AC66U B1 have the ability to track data usage by individual device, or would I need to get a more expensive model to have that ability? If I would need a more expensive model, what would be the least expensive that would give me that ability?
