Hi everyone, I write this post because I have been an Asus buyer for years, in particular of the Rog routers that I have always liked for the completeness and the number of options in the user interface.
Although they are the most expensive routers, updates are less frequent than the cheapest routers and the Zenwifi series.
I do not demand favorable treatments for those who pay more, but at least that its devices are updated like others and, especially at the beginning of the life cycle, when the bugs are manifold, greater speed in trying to eliminate them.
Today with the distinction between the Pro (US) and non pro (EU) model, the latter is even updated even less than its American counterpart, letting important bugs ruin the experience of use for months.
The experience of use of the best products of Asus has become increasingly poor over the years and increases the feeling of neglect caused by the set of circumstances such as ready -made products to which we must do from Beta Testers combined with the infinite wait for corrections that you do not even know if they will ever arrive and the perception that there are better users (the USA) and the worse treated users (all others) with this distinction between pro and no models.
Greetings
