5 Gbps Ethernet just got a lot more intresting, as Realtek was showing multilple 5 Gbps solutions at Computex 2023 and not are these chips barely any larger than their 2.5 Gbps products, but they also offer low power usage and are expected to be very affordable compared to the competition, think $5 or less for the chips vs. $20-30 for similar solutions from other companies.
