Occasional Visitor

In past week maybe the Traffic Analyzer Report now shows only HTTP Protocol over TLS SSL 9.03GB Whereas before it showed a breakdown of websites visited by client using our AX 6000 Router. Anyone know why this is, and how to get it back to show the websites visited >?

Yes, started with me few days ago on my AX88U Pro.
I tried different things but in short, I think the issue related to the latest upgrade of Signature version (Trend Macro) to 2.408 from 2.400.
I found that even by factory reset the router you will start to see normal anaylzing for traffic for each client for few min. Once the Signature upgraded to 2.408 the majority of the traffic will be the ones in your screenshot.
Unfortunatly there is no option to change the signature version update to manual.

My best guess is to wait until a new update is released.

Thanks for that A4T that answers that then . Oh well ,yes will wait, might write them ask to fix it. OK have now put in full email and screenshot to ASUS and have asked them why. Will also speak to TREND on Monday see whether can push them to update.

Well I heard from ASUS, but I myself dont think the reply is correct. As I say, I do not think they are correct. Anyone any ideas ?. I now KNOW their reply is NOT correct.

Try to download the old signatures and see if the old behavior returns.

YES the New Updated signature changed it back. Just shows me the answer from ASUS was total and utterly wrong ,as I told them just now !!
