Hi,
It appears some old bindings I've done in the past are not getting cleared from /etc/dnsmasq.conf.
Any help would be appreciated...

Check that you've removed any customised entries from /jffs/configs/dnsmasq.conf.add and /jffs/scripts/dnsmasq.postconf.

Haven't customized any of these files, only from the GUI, and there isn't any reference to the records I see in dnsmasq.conf in any of the above files...
Where does dnsmasq.conf being populated from?

They're stored in nvram. The following command will show them.
Code:
nvram get dhcp_staticlist

If it's corrupted the best thing is to reset that variable.
Code:
nvram set dhcp_staticlist=""
nvram commit
