Restricting to Port 80 for Specific IP

Hi -
I want to restrict my sons computer from connecting to anything other than port 80. I have had a look at the Network Services Filter, and have tried adding his computer into the WhiteList.

Source IP: His computer
Port Range : <blank>
Desination IP <blank>
Port Range: 80
Protocol : TCP ALL

This worked fine - however it also restricted every other computer on the network, unless I manually added each computer IP address into the list. Is there an easier way to achieve what I need to do without adding all IP addresses to the WhiteList?

Basically, create a blacklist and then 2 ranges, one below port 80 and one above.

NOTE: Don't use TCP ALL, use TCP instead. TCP ALL does not do what you think its does! (http://www.snbforums.com/threads/fork-update-for-374-43-available-v18e1.18914/page-147#post-229847)
