Restricting Windows 10 system to internal LAN with no Internet access

Hello.

Hopefully this can be done via firmware for my ASUS 1900P. If there is an easier method, or I have overlooked something, my apologies.

I am setting up an Intel NUC with Windows 10 (or Windows 10 Pro). After setting the system up I would like to disable all internet access for this system and only have it seen/accessible by other computers/devices on my local network.

Thus no "phoning home" for updates, etc...

I am using it as a music server, so once setup, I only need it to be available to other devices on my home network.

First thing i think of is to give it a static IP and leave gateway blanc

Network Map-> Client Status

Click the Win10 device icon, then in the popup window set 'Block Internet Access=ON' (remember to hit Apply!) and there should now be an 'Internet Globe' icon containing an overlayed red No-Entry icon next to the Win10 device icon.

NOTE: The blocking uses the MAC address.
