Hello!
Our house has two floors. There is an RT-AX58U router on the ground floor, which is also the main router.
On the first floor is RT-AX57.
The two routers are connected by cable and I use AiMesh.
I also want a device for the second floor, because I spend more and more time up here. What is important is that my PS Portal receives the best possible network and internet.
Do you think I should expand AiMesh with an Asus router or should I use another manufacturer's product?
I'm fine with it if it's not in AiMesh, then I'll connect the devices to the other SSID.
I've seen these so far:
If AiMesh:
- ASUS RT-AX57
- ASUS RT-AX5400
- ASUS RT-AX59U AX4200
- ASUS TUF Gaming AX4200
If it's not AiMesh, I'm thinking about:
- TP-Link Archer AX73 AX5400
- Ubiquiti UniFi Express
- Linksys Velop MX4200 Tri-Band
- Netgear WAX220
- Gl. Inet Flint 2 (GL-MT6000)
Maybe some Access Point that is not a router.
What would you recommend the most? It could be a device not on my list.
Thanks!
