Greetings all!
I've currently ordered a Virgin Media Wireless Broadband package, but the router they've given me is an "N Router". Now, Virgin have told me that I have to get their wireless "G adapters", but they cost £30 per adapter. I need 8 of these (I'm currently living with 7 students!), so this total comes to quite a cost. Now many of us have G adapters, either with previous wireless router packages or are simply built into our laptops as standard. I was wondering if its necessary to purchase these extra N adapters for the N router, or just keep the G adapters and ignore Virgin.
Thanks!
-James
