Routing Table Query

Hi. If I look at the routing table on my router I see entries for the 2 running VPN services.

I'm wondering why when I look at the 2 corresponding VPN clients, the local IPs listed are one higher than the ones listed in the routing?

I don't have a problem it's just a novice questions from someone looking around to learn.

Any info appreciated. Cheers.

The routing table shows the remote tunnel IP whereas the VPN client information shows the local tunnel IP.
