Hi guys,
I searched forum but I can't seem to find the answer for rev C1. I would like to change the region of my RT-AC1900 rev C1 from US to all or at least EU. It came with firmware 3.0.0.4_380_1842 and bootloader 1.1.1.2 I've updated to Merlin 380.66_4 and it works OK.
I found some command for older revision of RT-AC68U router but I don't know if they work or worse they can brick my ac1900.
Will those commands work to unlock channel
nvram set 0:ccode=#a
nvram set 1:ccode=#a
nvram set 0:regrev=0
nvram set 1:regrev=0
nvram set wl0_country_code=#a
nvram set wl0_country_rev=0
nvram set wl0_reg_mode=off
nvram set wl1_country_code=#a
nvram set wl1_country_rev=0
nvram set wl1_reg_mode=off
nvram commit
reboot
I also made a copy of original_cfe that my router came in and found new line "territory_code=US/01" which is missed from previous bootloader 1.0.2.0
Thanks for any help.
