RT-AC3100 Firmware Version??

I have an RT-AC3100 and I am trying to diagnose some issues. I just looked up the latest Asuswrt-Merlin firmware for this router and it appears to be RT-AC3100_384.17_0. However, my router is showing the version as 384.3!

Any thoughts on why it would show like this? Do I have the wrong firmware installed? If so, how do I correct things?

You have the right firmware installed it's just old and outdated. Simply update to the latest 384.17

Yes, that firmware is from 2018 as can be seen from your screenshot. Time to upgrade.

Be aware that with such a large jump you need to be ready to do a full reset to factory defaults (M&M Config, see the link in my signature below) if there are any stability or reliability issues with your network afterward.
