RT-AC3200 2.4Ghz Problem

Hi All

I am having problems with my AC3200 when my devices connect to 2.4HGz they are slow and the connection drops out. I have noticed that it is only running at 20MHz but I am unable to increase this without turning off smart connect any idea what could be causing it?

My experience of RT-AC68U and RT-AC3200 is that the 2.4G AUTO channel setting will always choose 6.
Try finding a quieter channel and set it manually.

With smart connect you are unable to change the channels the only option you have is auto
