New Around Here
I have installed the latest Merlin release 380.61 on my RT-AC3200.
I am very impressed with the extra features the Merlin firmware has added.
But, I now suffer with an irritating problem. When I reboot the router it will come back and say that the WAN is not connected. If I reboot the router again then the device picks up the WAN connection and everything works again.
My internet connection is a VDSL connection that comes in to my house via a BT Openreach modem, that is connected to the RT-AC3200 WAN port. The modem has a good strong connection and rarely drops the connection. I know when I have rebooted the router that the WAN connection was good before the reboot, but when the router reboots it claims there is no WAN connection.
It is odd that the router connects to the WAN after the second reboot and not the first.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem?
