RT-AC5300 2nd 5ghz channel not available

I just set up my 5300, everything is fine and working as it should. But I cannot use the 2nd 5ghz band as the channels available start at 100 up to a maximum of 140 @ 20mhz, 100-136 @40mhz.
As I am in UK most of my stuff doesnt see those bands and my AC68-PCE card in my PC doesnt. I have tried the latest Merlin and Asus firmware. Is there anything I can do to solve the issue?

Yes all equipment from uk. The router was a prize from a large uk retailer. The strange thing is 5ghz-1 is normal channels @ 20mhz 36-64 however 5ghz-2 is 100-140.

I imported a Moto droid turbo from USA a while ago and tested it and it see's the 5ghz-2 band.

Well I just replaced my Asus PCE-AC68 card with the newer AC88 one and it picks up the 100+ channels fine. Both bought from the same place
