Seeking help ...
Issue:
- I live in Hong Kong & trying Merlin-OpenVPN on build 3.0.0.4.374.33 to connect to VPN provider EarthVpn.
- Earthvpn recommends dd-wrt, however I stumbled on Merlin build & I love it!!! Earthvpn doesn't have instructions on how to set up OpenVPN for Merlin. I've tinkered around with Merlin OpenVPN but can't connect to EarthVPN.
Obviously need more trial & error & searching & reading up....
My Objective:
- OpenVPN provider with a VPN server in HK
- I'm agnostic to which VPN provider & want to keep Merlin on AC66U.
- I'm looking to direct QNAP NAS traffic via the AC66U->OpenVPN provider
- For PC's , fire up the Openvpn client if need to connect to VPN provider.
Much appreciated if anyone could help me on my objective, or if you've seen similar, then could you forward it so I can read up...
