Firmware Merlin 376.47 on RT-AC68U configured as an access point (AP)
After running for a few hours my Apple devices are no longer able to obtain a IPV6 address.
The AP itself never assigns a IPV6 address to itself as determined by ipconfig and a ssh login. It also can not ping any IPV6 addresses, even though devices associated with the AP can. It also does not have a link-local address.
My wired devices running off my router (RT-AC56U, Merlin 376.47) get IPV6 addresses, and both the router and wired devices can ping IPV6 addresses.
I'm not sure exactly where IPV6 configuration starts for either the router an the AP.
Can someone verify this behavior? Do you feel that the IPV6 address should not be on the access point?
Thanks
Pablo
