If You enable "Wireless MAC Filter" to "Filter Mode Accept" with a "white" MAC's filter list

... in page Site Suvery "Wireless - Visible Networks" scan doesn't work. You'll see none.

Is this normal or it's a probable firmware bug!?

It's a known limitation. The wireless driver applies the same filter when scanning for APs.
