RT-AC68U reports new f/w but no download visible

I have an RT-AC68U which is at firmware level 3.0.0.4.380_3831 and it is reporting new firmware available. I looked at the download site and the latest firmware shown is the same as what I have. I allowed the router to check for new firmware and it comes back and tells me it has 3.0.0.4_380_4118-g7f117e6 available for download. It seems strange that the firmware is available by one method but not the other.

Should I allow the router to proceed?

It's a good thing they finally fixed that Istanbul time zone list bug. That was a real problem we all worried about with the previous firmware.

Hehehehe, I am from Istanbul. The state decided not to make the winter time change this year. They wouldn't have done so if they had known this would cause such a problem with the electronic gadgets [emoji16][emoji16]

Oh ok... Thanks for the more thorough explanation of the problem. Well it's good to know Asus got on top of that issue and fixed it. It gives us confidence in their attention to detail as we wait for the next official firmware release.
