My 87u is still running firmware 3.0.0.4.376.2061, as when I upgraded to 2769 the UI behavior was buggy and the QoS refused to work consistently.
In any event, everything works on 2061 so far - BUT,
I decided to try out the AiProtection feature of this router.
I used Network Protection, and enabled all the features (Malicious Sites Blocking, Vulnerability protection, and Infected Device Prevention and Blocking).
Within 5 minutes the router started to randomly reboot itself every 10 minutes or so !!!
After turning OFF the AiProtection features, the router behaved properly - again. (I had an uptime of about 30 days).
So, I am not sure if the AiProtection plus FW 2061 is the combination that causes the reboots, or if on FW 2769 it works properly, but for now I will leave that feature disabled.
I would rather have a stable router than one which goes up and down like a yo-yo for the sake of having AiProtection enabled !
