1 - What is difference?
2 - Is either the same as released only difference including the analyzer?

I am thinking the ta was specific for the RT-AC87 ? What version was the one you were running on your machine?

Go with the final release instead.

beta3b was based on GPL 4129 and contained a few additional changes from me, versus 3913 for beta3.
