RT-AC88U - Can I block one PC from accessing one website?

Hi Everyone,

I need to stop one computer (wife's) from accessing one website (my kid's homework portal) Ultimately I need to stop the wife from doing my 15 year old's homework...multiple times a week.

I'm thinking that I can make her laptop have a static IP and then somehow add a static route to send it to nowhere?

any other ideas?
