New Around Here
Hello guys,

this is my first post in this forum and I hope you can help me.

I would like to setup a cloud solution (e.g. Owncloud, Seafile, Pydio) on my Asus router RT-AC56U with following conditions / requirements:
  • Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43
  • ARM architecture -> only Optware support, Entware ARM feed does not progress
  • setup directly in firmware with jffs partition, without any separate linux distribution (e.g. Debian)
  • packages of the ipkg repository are outdatet (e.g. php 5.2) and many packages are missing (e.g. php-mod-zip, mcrypt)
  • I've no experience in compiling, I'm dependent on pre-compiled binary packages for arm architecture.

So my wish is to get the missing packages.
@RMerlin or someone else: Can we create an additional IPKG repository with additional compiled packages for Asus routers with ARM architecture? Or is someone able to compile some missing packages for me?

I'm looking forward to your reply. :)

Thank you all and kind regards
