RT-AX58U Double WAN behavior

Using RT-AX58U (firware merlin 386.3_2) and at least trying to utilize Dual WAN feature to some extend.

Everything seems to be in order main WAN connected and secondary is in Hot Standby, but as soon as i unplug main WAN cable, it loops ISP DHCP issue to disconnect status for main WAN and secondary in disconnect-coldstandby-hotsandby.

Prepared some gif representation of the issue, hopefully someone could help.
