New Around Here
Hi All,

I've recently purchased this router and have just updated to the latest Asus firmware and think i have my system working ok for now.

I do have 1 strange thing that happens when I click from the System Log to Network Map and then back to System Log.
The web interface then seems only half load. I then refresh the page and there seems to be an error in the log - is this a concern?

As a troubleshooting step, try a different web browser and or try a web browser on a different computer or device, if you haven't done so already to see if the issue persists.

Do you have any addon scripts installed? If so which one's?

As a last resort any time one has weird issues crop up. You could record all your settings, do a hard factory reset, then manual configuration (do not import a saved router.cfg file) of the router. If a USB hard drive is attached to the router, disconnect it prior to performing a hard factory reset and only reconnect it back to the router after the router has been completely reconfigured after the hard factory reset.

Not seeing a web browser issue going from System Log --> Network Map --> System Log on a RT-AX86U Pro running Asus-Merlin 3004.388.8_2. No errors in the log indicating an issue when going to from those pages.

Thank you for the reply.

I have tried accessing from my phone and another laptop and it does it there too.
I have just noticed the crash happens when clicking between the different menu options down the left side.
Currently im using the Asus firmware, I tried merlin yesterday but was having wifi connection issues so switched back. When using merlin, I did not have this specfic issue.

I will try the hard reset later.
