RT-AX88U/ BE88U WAN Speed

Hi All,

I have had AX88u for the past five years and now it is giving me trouble, but when I connect the router to my fiber modem I get 400 Mbps on the QoS tab>Internet Speed on either router.

Tried multiple cables, old and brand new.

When I connect the modem straight to my laptop I get 600 Mbps. Any ideas what might be causing that?

Running any addons? Running any of the Trend Micro stuff?

Yes, all on.

Try again with all off. Selected NAT acceleration incompatible firmware option will restrict the WAN speed.

No difference, unfortunately

Will change NAT and test as well.

NAT type selection is not available on BE88U, but it makes no difference.

I am still stuck at 420 Mbps.

My ISP puts me behind their NAT, any chance tyat makes a difference between using the NAT on the router as opposed to no 2nd NAT when I connect my laptop without router's NAT?
