RT-N66U as a repeater with ssh access

New Around Here
Hi,

I had RP-AC52 repeater (from Asus), which allowed me to define list of MACs allowed to access its (repeater's) network. My router (RT-N66U) was my main router with URL filtering (to block illegal torrents and so on). I had also few cron jobs running on the router.

After some time, my router was too slow so I've decided to:
1. Replace RP-AC52 with RT-N66U (in repeater mode)
2. Replace main router RT-N66U(FW: 380.65) with RT-AC88U (FW: 380.65)

Unfortunately I've encountered few issues regarding RT-N66U in repeater mode:
1. Can't define allowed MAC list
2. Can't define URL exclusion list (torrent, tracker and so on)
3. Can't use SSH outside of its network, even if I've set that SSH should work on WAN+LAN (so a client connected to RT-N66U can connect, but main router, who is the source of the WiFi signal can't)

Do you know how can I fix above issues?

I have also a naive question: is it possible to have RT-N66U to act like a normal router, but it would take WiFi signal instead of WAN port? It already does it in repeater mode, but is functionality is very limited :(
