Running 380.69_2 shows 100% cpu usage ASUS RT-N66U

New Around Here
I noticed that the cpu is at 100% usage. Further investigations show that using TOP utility that CPU usage is at about 5-7% which is normal. So I have installed YAMON which top reports 2-3% usage but when I kill it, it goes down to 3%. So why is the asus merlin reporting 100% when in actual fact TOP shows 7-8%. It's not showing the correct percentage. Can someone at the merlin group relook at how cpu usage is calculated please.

Read the rest of the line. That 2.9% is only from user process. You also have 54.4% from system processes (typically kernel or driver), and 41.5% from low-priority (nice) processes.
