Running a php script as a "client"

I am currently running a small php script that is running without a server (php command line in windows). Is there any way to schedule a run of a similar php script on the rt-n66 router with merlin firmware (i would prefer it would not run on the windows computer that is not powered all the time). The php script should run "as a client" (similar as running php on a command line in window) and not as a server. The script is querying some web pages and do a very little processing.

Thanks
