Selective routing and VPN

Hi, I am a newbie on Asus routers and hope you can help me.
I have setup a RT-AC66 (running wrtMerlin) at home and a RT-AC53 running factory fw at a Remote location.

The plan is to run the main traffic over VPN using the PPTP Client on the AC53 and this Works fine.
BUT i have a video streaming service With a reciver at the Remote location that I dont want to og over the VPN.
Is this possible to setup with static Routing?

The streaming reciver are Connected on LAN1 With cable.

Is it possible to setup a static route that all traffic coming in on LAN1 are routed to the WAN without VPN? and have the rest of the trafic og over VPN?
