OK here is my situation (and please direct me to other threads if I missed them). I have a variety of devices in my current network such as:
Win7 Ultimate, XP, Nintendo Wii, Sony Blu-Ray, Samsung HDTV, Linux Ubuntu
I would like to install a new Windows 2008 server and build a new network. I would like the ability to share some file shares with the DLNA devices that do not authenticate to AD, while limiting some to AD users. I would like to utilize DHCP and DNS from the 2008 server as well. Is this possible?
So ultimately, what is the best/easiest way to share some of the same files with both AD and non AD authenticating devices?
