Setting up two clone PC's.

I'm new to these forums and they seem like a good place to ask questions .

I'm trying to help out a small business who need two PCs running Windows 7 that are identical in terms of all the files. They would need to share the same Outlook (with emails) and various files with a few other programs.

Is there a simple that I can have these two computers sync back and forth almost as if they were one unit?

I have thought of using a NAS but I'm really not quite sure.
