Unbound Setup Unbound to work with Diversion and ASUS DDNS

Hi,

I'm currently using Diversion, Skynet and other scripts.
I wanted to try unbound, but without losing Diversion or DDNS

I've done this:
-Enabled DNS Director, setup filter for "Router" and left DNS 1-2-3 empty
-On WAN DNS I setup router's IP as first DNS and Google one as secondary
-Installed Unbound only (without youtube or any adblocker option it has)

Can someone guide me or point me where to go, to set it up correctly? Does it have DoT support?

Thanks

I wasn't aware there is a DDNS issue in using Diversion add Unbound together, I've certainly used Pi-Hole and Unbound together on an Rpi4 and had no issues with DDNS. There's a lot you can do with Unbound using its config files.

I've started all over again and now DDNS is working. Not sure what happened...
First time DDNS went inactive, that's why I put it.

Now all seems working fine.
I'll start looking for what's possible with config files.
Any recommendation is welcome

Run Unbound as Resolver. If you run it as Forwarder to upstream DNS servers - no point of this extra complication since built-in Dnsmasq can do it already. Don't stack filtering in Unbound and Diversion, use your Diversion for this purpose.
