I'm looking for a slim keyboard that will fit the keys into a opening 15" wide by 6" tall. A friend gave me a server case keyboard slide tray that has this size opening.

Any help?
Thanks

Thanks for links but those won't work - wrong size. I will try to get a photo of drawer & post. So many companies don't show size of keyboard they sell.

This Gmyle, USB corded, chiclet-style keyboard (no numeric keypad, though) is slim and gets good reviews on Amazon. Based on photos, it looks like it's also sold under different brand names. It measures approximately 11.25" x 4.75" (or ~ 28.5 cm x 12 cm)

(note: I don't have first hand experience with the keyboard or the company's other products. Also, the length of the USB cord isn't stated - something that might play a role with a keyboard slide tray and your setup)

I'm wondering if the OP wants a keyboard exactly the size he mentioned, or if he's got some other requirements because there are keyboards in the above links that fit into those dimensions.

Cheers.

Thanks for suggestions - but

I have looked at the suggestions - but the size of the keyboard is very important because the opening (for the keys) is a specific size (15" x 5.75") & the underside of the tray the keyboard goes into is very liminited (16" x 7").

Its not a tray the keyboard lays in but is arrached to the underside of the tray and the keys are exposed thru a square hole in the tray.

Most of the listings don't list the actual dimensions of the area of the keys but I'm pretty sure that there are quite a few that will fit into the dimensions you mentioned.

Take for example like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823204028

Note that I used the word "into", if you want something that fit exactly, or have some other requirements, then it's another matter.

Perhaps you can take a photo for illustration.

Cheers.
